Is there anything I need to bring when I drop off my computer?

If you’re bringing in a laptop or desktop for service, remember to provide all user names and passwords for access to the computer. We do not need your power cables or install CD’s/DVD’s

What forms of payment does MacMEDIC take?

We take most major credit cards as well as cash. Please provide payment information to our Service Dispatcher when you call our office.

What do I need to know before I have a MacMEDIC visit my home or office?

A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. The MacMEDIC must receive full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) being serviced.
